No Return or Order Cancellation After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped, we regret to inform you that we cannot accommodate order cancellations or accept returns for reasons other than damage or sizing issues.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged product or if the size doesn't fit as expected, we offer exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging.

Process for Exchanges

2. Provide details about the issue along with supporting images if it's a damaged product.

3. Our team will guide you through the exchange procedure, including returning the item to us.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges for items that are not in their original condition or are damaged due to misuse or neglect.

Refunds
